We are an equal opportunity employer, offering a variety of part-time seasonal positions. All positions are at entry level. Program workers are hired and categorized based on a level system. Participant levels are set according to level of independence, behavioral needs, and the amount of personal care required during participation in program events.

Experience working with special needs individuals is beneficial, though not a contingency of employment. Agency positions offer great experience for those interested in teaching, special education, human/social services, communication disorders, physical/occupational therapy, and a wide variety of other fields.
